When something posted concerned me he was very quick to resolve the issue and sent me a pm immediately even though it was a Sunday of a long weekend when they were not open. Five stars + for Johnathan at Compassion Builders. Did an excellent estimate within 24 hours of my phone call. Started work within 24 hours of getting the bid. Got more done in one day than I ever imagined. I had some water damage due to a leak that was hidden, slowly dripping water through the floor onto the basement ceiling. Johnathan tore down and replaced the ceiling in a day and started to tear up the hard wood floor above. He returned promptly to finish the tear out and got the new floor in. The flooring company took 3 days to sand and varnish, then Johnathan was back 3 days later and finished the job. The finished product is absolutely beautiful. A good and honest Christian company I will call again in a heartbeat.

Jonathan Kaiser helped us with our main bedroom remodeling. The house was built in 1941. He gutted & replaced ceiling, walls, and windows. Jonathan did the dry wall mudding so we could paint. He installed the baseboard, crown molding, and window trim. The end result? This is the best room in our home.

I called Johnathan the afternoon of New Years Day about a freezing pipe that required cutting my floor open to access. He was at my house within an hour. He opened the floor with surgical care and professionally sealed the area around the pipe to stop it from freezing. He was cleaned up and finished within two hours. I will most definitely continue to call Compassion Builders for all of my future carpentry needs. Compassion Builders is a model of craftsmanship and quality.
